What we collect

• Audio recordings you make or import yourself in the app, and the transcripts and minutes generated from them.
• Account data: your email address or your Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
• Subscription status via the App Store (we never see your card details).

How we use it

Your recordings are used exclusively to provide the service: speech-to-text and minutes generation. Processing happens on our servers and via AI providers (Modal running an open-source transcription model, and Anthropic for minutes). Your data is never used to train models, never sold, and never shared for advertising.

Control and deletion

• Deleting a meeting in the app deletes it from our servers.
• Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes all your data and audio within at most 30 days.
• Your cloud-processing consent can be withdrawn at any time in Settings.

Your recording responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the recording laws of your country and for informing participants and obtaining their consent where required.
